PROGRAM TYPES
PRE-ETS TRAINING PROGRAMS: Focused, high-impact skill-building for students ages 14–22 in high school or college. Our interactive, engaging sessions strengthen self-advocacy, workplace readiness, career exploration, and post-secondary preparation in a minimal, manageable timeframe.
VAT TRAINING PROGRAMS: Advanced workforce training for post–high school youth and adults who are not new to employment preparation and are committed to completing all program hours. Successful completion of Pre-ETS services is strongly preferred, as VAT programs are not intended to serve as a participant’s first training experience. Programs are led by experienced professionals and focus on developing job-ready skills through structured, real-world instruction.
