We Are A Community Rehabilitation Provider
We provide employment services for clients referred to us by a Community Vocational Rehabilitation Program.
Garza & Carrillo Consulting provides a full range of employment services, including Career Planning Assessments, Supported Employment, Job Placement, Job Skills Training, Work Experience Placement, Work Experience Training, Vocational Adjustment Training, and Pre-ETS.
For employment services, we prefer to start with a Career Planning Assessment to gain a clear understanding of the individual and then determine how best to support the customer with the services determined by the VR Counselor. Our goal is to match each person’s abilities and interests with meaningful employment that promotes independence and long-term stability. With over a decade of experience, our team understands that employment is not one-size-fits-all. We work collaboratively with customers, families, employers, and vocational rehabilitation counselors to create sustainable employment outcomes that benefit both the individual and the workplace.

Community Rehabilitation Providers are agencies or individuals approved by a state agency to provide employment support to individuals with disabilities.
